Ormat Technologies, Inc. a leading renewable energy company, today announced that it has secured a new multi-year contract in partnership with Gotion High-Tech to supply batteries in support of Ormat’s upcoming Energy Storage projects. Under this supply contract, Gotion will provide Ormat with batteries at a capacity of up to 750MWh, with a variable pricing structure, partly linked to Lithium Carbonate prices.

Suzlon Secures An Order Of 29.4 MW From Brightnight

Suzlon Group, India's largest renewable energy solutions provider, today announced a new order win for the development of a 29.4 MW of wind installed capacity for 100 MW co-located wind-solar hybrid project of BrightNight, a global renewable power producer. Suzlon will install 14 units of their S120 - 140m wind turbine generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower and a rated capacity of 2.1 MW each at Osmanabad in Maharashtra.

Nordex SE: Nordex Group Receives Order From Ibereólica For Approx. 60 MW In Spain

The Nordex Group has received an order for N155/5.X turbines for two wind farms in Spain from the independent renewable energy producer Ibereólica Renovables. The manufacturer is supplying 11 turbines for the “Aciberos” and “Padornelo 3” projects with a total capacity of approx. 60 MW. The contract also includes the service and maintenance of the turbines for 10 years.
