Pattern Energy Signs Power Purchase Agreement For Broughton Wind Project In Québec

Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern Energy), a leader in renewable energy and transmission infrastructure, announced it has signed a 30-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Hydro-Québec for its 150-megawatt (MW) Broughton Wind project, located in the municipalities of Saint-Pierre-de-Broughton, Sacré-Coeur-de-Jésus and Thetford Mines in Québec, approximately 40 miles south of Québec City.

Vestas Receives 577 MW Order In Australia For Second Stage Of The 1.3 GW Golden Plains Wind Project

Strengthening the existing relationship with TagEnergy, Vestas has been awarded the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for the second stage of Golden Plains Wind Farm in Australia. The second stage will feature 93 of Vestas’ V162-6.2 MW wind turbines from the EnVentus platform.

Ørsted today announced the completion of Helena Energy Center, a 518 MW combined wind and solar project located in Bee County, South Texas. The wind and solar centre is now fully operational and will generate enough renewable energy to power over 110,000 Texan homes and businesses annually.
