Lansdale, Pennsylvania – Waters Equipment Co. manufacturers custom centralized Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS) mainly for power generation. Waters also manufacturers single-point Sample Conditioning Modules (SCM), Grab Sample Stations and Portable Samplers for remote uses. Other Waters products include sample coolers, high-pressure reducers, refillable resin columns, Cooling Water Isolation Skids (CWIS), Condensate Leakage Monitoring Systems (CLMS) and secondary temperature control systems that maintain constant sample temperature regardless of changing conditions.

Waters patented FTA valve assembly is still the industry's only automatic in-line form of secondary temperature control, in which each sample line can be independently controlled. Other Waters firsts are the static high pressure reducer (HiDP), the industry's only all-316 SS adjustable rod-in-tube pressure reducer (HiDPII), economical Refillable Resin Columns, the Hi-Temp Sample Shut-Off assembly, Grab Sample Stations for low-pressure boilers and the Portable Sampler, which can be used to survey any point within the steam / water cycle.

Waters has recently developed a 3-point calibration method for on-line chromatography with verifiable accuracy in the ppt range.
