Tool Buildings

Made from "one trip" 20-ft. CONEX boxes, these tool units are hardwired with lights (dual 2 bulb and an 8-ft. safety sealed fluorescent), an outside GFI outlet (outside table area), and two inside outlets. They also feature a rear high flow integrated cooling fan, a skid proof ramp (safety painted), a safety painted entrance, and a down/up entrance table for security (option). Tools are provided as a package deal for frame 5, 6 and 7 turbine maintenance and overhaul jobs. Customer specific tools will also be included in the units. Additional features include:

•Various lockable safety cages built inside units for large critical measuring tools, small measuring devices, and consumable storage
•Open storage cabinet rags, ear plug boxes, etc.
•Outside steel table for vice and bench grinder (included in tool inventory) attached to building; locks in the lower position for transportation
•Six inside floor tiedowns, hard bolted through floor, for ‘Knaak' type gang boxes (included) or customer inventory
•Dual modular ‘Lista' type cabinets with drawers for smaller tool safety and stowage
•Exterior roof coated with silver reflective heat and moisture proof coating for extended service life and comfort
