The Flexi-Cleat™ Conveyor utilizes a unique belt design with semi-circular, flexible cleats, enabling loading and conveying in excess of 50 degrees. The product is carried in a 35-degree trough section, greatly improving the possible volume over that of a flat cleated belt. Material held by the cleats is carried to discharge where the cleats flex open as they pass around the terminal pulley. The unique tail section provides for self-loading of any carry-back. This feature, along with the Flexi-Cleat's enclosed design eliminates the high cost of clean up. Flexi-Cleat has been successfully employed in cleanly handling even messy ash material. Flexi-Cleat enables the use of the shortest route between the load point and discharge with no mess.
