Survalent Technology Commissions New SCADA System for Corporation Central Power’s LangCo Station, Vietnam

Mississauga, ON (PRWEB) - Survalent Technology, the most trusted provider of smart grid solutions for the control room, announced today that it has commissioned a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for Corporation Central Power’s Lang Co Station.

Corporation Central Power (abbreviated as EVNCPC), formerly known as Power Company 3, was established in 1975, a member enterprise of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN). Their services span 13 provinces and include industrial zones, economic zones, rural areas, and mountainous areas. They supply electricity to 852 villages and 62,646 households, spread over 43 districts.

The new system features Survalent’s highly available, open-architecture system based on Windows Server. It includes several of Survalent's open system applications, including: Worldview, SCADA Explorer, IED Wizard, Control Panel and System Configuration Status.

“This is the first SCADA System for Electricity Vietnam National at Langco Substation.
