PCI's continuous development of processes and technologies for use on SGRP's and processes for templating, cutting, machining and machine narrow groove welding of heavy wall Reactor Coolant System (RCS) piping have helped establish many world records for SGRP's. Technologies originally developed for SGRP's are widely used in other industries where heavy wall piping or component replacement requires precision installation, modification or repair under demanding schedule and quality requirements.
