N/Aleeves from U.S. Filter/Link-Belt are molded from polyurethane in specialized tooling, and then turned to exacting tolerances to assure a precise fit with the bore of the sprocket. The sprocket material is polyethylene.
This combination of materials is said to yield the lowest coefficient of friction and the longest service life of any combination.
This product can be used in new construction or retro-fit projects.
