Predict/DLItermination of the wear condition of lubricated components can only be done by observing the size, shape, composition and concentration of particles contained in a representative sample of lubricating fluid or grease. With knowledge of the component being evaluated, it is possible to predict the wear condition and failure potentials of lubricated components and suggest maintenance actions with a high degree of accuracy. The Ferrogram Maker, FM, is an important step in Analytical Ferrography. Features of this product include:
