Roof Evaluation Reports/Consulting

This roof moisture survey and visual roof inspection report provides a complete documented roof evaluation of the existing condition of a customer's roofing systems. This service consists of the following:

•Scanning the entire roof surface with high resolution infrared equipment and marking moisture-damaged areas with survey paint
•Moisture verification probes
•Core sampling with analysis to determine roof construction and moisture content
•Thermograms with matching 35mm photographs of typical moisture areas
•Visual field inspection of roofing components documented with 35mm photographs of existing conditions, along with a roof inspection checklist
•Panoramic photographs of the roof area
•Dimensioned roof drawing locating all of the above
•Summary of present condition, along with recommended repair considerations
•Presented in a bound report
