PSB Industries Inc Acquires Mikron Valve And Manufacturer Inc

PSB Industries Inc., Erie PA has concluded its acquisition of Mikron Valve & Manufacturing Inc., Cranesville PA. The merger has been implemented and has been transition without any disruption to the operation of Mikron's manufacturing, supply or customer support functions.
