PowerCBT
PowerCBT integrates text, graphics, animation, video, and sound that engages the senses and allows people to interact with information in a richer and more natural way. Trainees interact simply by being able to engage with the training at their own pace. Because trainees work alone, they can't fall behind or, conversely, be held back by the slow pace of a group training session.
PowerCBT ensures consistency. While the information conveyed in live training may vary from trainer to trainer and session to session, it's consistent with computer-based-training.
PowerCBT provides training on-demand. CBT can be delivered where and when needed. It will no longer be necessary to schedule shift personnel to attend training away from their scheduled working hours.
PowerCBT also provides administrative controls and record keeping for the Plant Training Coordinator or designee. The training coordinator is able to control or change the exam data base, view the trainees progress and print hard copies for standard employee files.
Standard administrative functions include:
