Power Quality Monitor

The PQPager uses the IEEE 1159 standard to measure single or three-phase voltage sags, swells, interruption transients, waveform snapshots, and RMS strip charts. It has two alarm contacts for security alarms, critical process equipment, or thermostats.

The product connects directly to power voltage between 120Vrms and 600 Vrms nominal. It plugs into any standard telephone line, and it has an internal rechargeable 15-minute nicad battery.

When the pager detects a power quality disturbance, it stores all the critical information, including the event signature. It then places up to four phone calls to numeric/alphanumeric pager systems.
