Now, this procedure is simplified by the 3M Select Software SS program, a CD-ROM that contains information on the manufacturer's wide line of respirator products, as well as a menu-driven procedure for evaluating regulations, exposure limits and other factors. Use of the program provides an audit trail for decision logic. The program runs on the Microsoft Windows 3.1/95/NT/Workgroups operating systems.
