The new ROTALIGN PRO system is water, shock, and dustproof, designed to take professional alignment to a higher level. Users just enter dimensions, rotate shaft in one continuous sweep less than a ¼ turn from any starting position, and view results at coupling and feet. A built-in angle sensor eliminates the need for readings at clock positions. Built-in soft foot expertise suggests corrections for soft foot, not just measurements. It also features thermal growth computation, machine train alignment of up to six machines complete with specified tolerances, targets, names and icons for each machine, and user-specific system configuration. Its sensor technology simultaneously measures and displays angularity and offset, vertically and horizontally, and helps ensures fast and accurate machine moves under any working conditions.
The large capacity memory has room for thousands of files plus future application programs. A flash file system allows convenient on-site user upgrading with new features and programs. It also has RS-232 serial and parallel ports for PC communication and printer connection for text or graph reports. The system boasts cardan shafts, patented single cable technology, only one sensor to adjust, and "ON-SCREEN" user guidance.
