Power Systems Manufacturing offers both 403 and custom 450 alloy, stainless steel, to manufacture an IGV assembly with high-flow aerodynamic characteristics. The 403 assembly is coated with Sermatech's 5380DP advanced corrosion-resistant topcoat, which resists the harmful effects of corrosive materials associated with industrial gas turbines. Gears and composite bushings are included. Composite bushings help reduce wear and provide smoother IGV movement. The design also incorporates increased bushing contact area to further minimize wear. It is 100% compatible with OEM.
