A variety of services including predictive/preventive maintenance, electrical/mechanical repair, new equipment sales, engineering services, substation upgrade and redesign and field service are offered at our locations.

Grand Eagle, located in Chicago, Illinois, was founded in 1993 specializing in the areas of electrical industrial services and products. The company is privately held by Desai Capital Management. In 1995, Grand Eagle purchased Eastern Electric Apparatus Repair Company (formally the motor repair business of Westinghouse). We continued growing with the purchase of 12 National Electric Coil shops and the two locations of Ohio Transformer in 1996. Most recently Grand Eagle has purchased ABB Service Inc. a U.S. division of ABB.
