GPSteam Add-in for RTXHDB is a Microsoft Excel Version 7.0 Add-in file. GPSteam Add-in for RTXHDB provides fast and accurate steam and water properties using the 1967 IFC Formulation for Industrial Use (ASME Steam Tables). Thermodynamic properties of steam and water are provided through simple cell formulas as shown in the following:

Additionally, GPSteam Add-in for RTXHDB connects the Steam Table functions to the RTX Historical Database through the RTXHDB Applications - Expression and Functions facility, provided with the RTXHDB system. For example, in the DDE Server for RTXHDB, the list of functions will include those provided by GPSteam Add-in for RTXHDB. All of these functions can be incorporated along with the other internal functions provided by the RTXHDB Applications - Expression and Functions handler.
