Gas Research Institute, SEPRIL LLC and the Electric Power Research Institute added a gas turbine power analysis tool to the State-of-the-Art Power Plant (SOAPP) family of interactive software products.

The SOAPP Small Combustion Turbine Workstation Version 1.0 enables users to evaluate onsite power generation options and design alternative power gen configurations using small or microsized gas turbines (500 kW to 25 MW).

This software allows users to evaluate dozens of small combustion turbines by factoring different product-specific site and economic parameters, fuel price scenarios, financial criteria and strategic objectives.
