PREDICT/DLI Introduces the ExpertALERT Enterprise Edition Automated Machinery Condition Analysis Software

Bainbridge Island, WA - ExpertALERT Enterprise Edition is new member of PREDICT/DLI's highly acclaimed vibration analysis and automated diagnostic software systems. ExpertALERT Enterprise utilizes new network and Internet technology to manage information in today's shrinking world. In the ExpertALERT Enterprise environment, machinery information finds those who need it most: Automated e-mail/text messaging alerts, network-based web site, and advanced connectivity that PUSHES information out to unlimited users and non-users of the ExpertALERT system. Distributed EAV systems, DCX online systems, SmartMachines and DCX data collectors no longer operate in isolation, but are now accessible nodes on your wide area network.

ExpertALERT Enterprise includes a new feature called the In-Tray, which is best described as a folder that contains the machines that are most important to you. Settings in your In-Tray allow ExpertALERT to immediately notify you when the condition status of any selected machine changes. Another important feature is called NetCasting, a network-based dynamic web site that automatically generates HTML pages and machine status summaries accessible by any common web browser. Now automated diagnostics, analyst comments and other notes are accessible by managers and operators from any networked PC in the plant. The NetCast summary pages reflect user In-Tray machine selections so each viewer only needs to see their specific machines of interest.

EAV Enterprise Edition utilizes an open-architecture database that supports both Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase SQL Anywhere multi-user database systems.
