The company's engine lubrication system includes a pair of lubrication galleries that extend through the engine block between the ends of the engine crankshaft and communicate with the crankshaft bearing journals through a plurality of lubrication passages. The lubrication galleries are connected to the lubricant pump at the opposite ends of the engine, creating a bi-direction feed. The system eliminates problems caused by reduced pressure at the crankshaft bearings farthest from the pump
