Empresarios Agrupados Signs Long-Term Agreement To Use Intergraph® SmartPlant® Enterprise Solutions

Spanish company seeks to achieve higher quality design, more central­ized data handling and improved workflows in power plant projects

Huntsville, AL /PRNewswire/ - Empresarios Agrupados, one of Spain's largest engineering companies focusing on the development of power generation projects, has signed a new 3 1/2-year agreement to use Intergraph®SmartPlant® Enterprise as its main design and data management solution. The company seeks to invest in a technology suite that would provide it with competitive advantages in engineer­ing in the longer term and allow it to position itself as a cutting-edge engineering company in the international marketplace.

In Intergraph SmartPlant Enterprise, Empresarios Agrupados found a suitable tech­nology solution capable of facilitating global design, improving production and optimizing the life cycles of the plants it designs.
