TRU Flow 2000/Super Lubricity
Teflon Compressor Section Coating:
Produces a super smooth surface to compressor airfoils, enhancing airflow through the compressor section, while providing excellent sacrificial corrosion resistance and enhancing water wash efficiency. Aluminum base coat with a Teflon seal coat applied to a thickness of 0.002 – 0.004 inch thick. Maximum temperature = 500°F
Applications – Gas Turbine Compressor early stages of rotor rotating and stator blades, compressor impellers, inlet bell housings.

TRU Seal 3000 / High Temperature Compressor Coating:
Produces a smooth surface to compressor airfoils, enhancing airflow through the compressor section, while providing excellent sacrificial corrosion resistance and enhancing water wash efficiency. Aluminum base coat with a hardened seal coat. Maximum temperature = 1150°F
Applications – Gas Turbine Compressor HP stages of rotor rotating and stator blades, compressor impellers, Aircraft landing gear etc.

Thermal Barrier Plasma Coating/High Temperature Turbine Section Coating:
Produces a ceramic insulating surface coating that can reduce component surface temperatures by between 150° F to 325°F depending on specific application. Excellent for reducing component thermal shock during peak service (reduces high cycle fatigue). Reduces Delta T's/components heat up slower and then cool down slower during cycling service. "Smoothes out" hot spots that are prevalent on turbine section stationary nozzle guide vanes.
Bond Coat: NiCrAlY 0.003/0.005 inch thick
Top Coat: Zircronium Oxide 0.010/0.014 inch thick
Applications – Turbine combustion hardware, liners – transition pieces etc. Turbine airfoils / Rotating & stationary buckets, Aerospace hot corrosive or oxidizing environments.
Chromium & Tungsten Carbide Plasma Coating / Hardfacing:
Produces a coating with excellent abrasion, solid particle erosion, cavitation and fretting resistance.
Thickness: 0.003 / 0.005 inch
Applications – Combustion hardware "wear surfaces" Combustion Liners, fuel nozzle collars, Transition piece wear surfaces, valve stems, hot end seals etc.
Abradable Plasma Coatings / Sacrificial wear Surfaces:
Produces a self lubricating coating that will easily wear upon rotational and inadvertent contact.
Thickness: up to 0.225 inch thick if required.
Applications – Jet engine compressor wear sections, Gas path seals, friction reducing bearings, Labyrinth seal wear surfaces etc.
