BIDE ensures optimum dimensioning of the cold end components such as condenser, cooling water piping, cooling water pumps, cooling tower by selecting the optimum combination at the lowest capital expenditure.

BIDE also prepares the optimization of the cold end by calculating capital expenditure and operating costs thus establishing and finding the minimum overall cost. BDE frees your engineering capacity by planning and supplying the complete cold end.

Optimization of existing cooling towers: replacement of the existing water distribution system by optimized distribution elements which distribute the water flow more uniformly over the cooling surface. As a result of this the cooling fill installed underneath is used more efficiently.

Optimization of existing cooling towers: in cooling towers with mechanical draft the air mass flow can be modified by replacing the drive unit and if necessary the fan impeller. This measure also increases the cooling efficiency.
