Chemical Feed Skids

These chemical feed skids provide all of the components necessary to deliver the designated chemical to specified injection points in a power plant or other process. On a standard system, the components are all mounted on a common skid designed to fit the available space.

Common applications include chemical feed skids for the feed of caustic, acid, oxygen scavenger, amine, sulfite, sodium hypochlorite, or phosphate. The system includes many components. The control panel has lights, switches, and controls mounted on the panel for operation of the system. All of the electrical components and controls are included in this panel. The skid includes solution tanks, metering tanks, mixers, calibration columns, strainers, and valves as required. Injection rates can be controlled manually or remotely. Remote control is via electronic stroke control or variable frequency drives per customer preference.
