C&D Technologies' Sageon* Power Module The Compact New Genius In Power Systems
Designed for telecommunications applications where space is at a premium, the 5RU height of the Sageon Power Module enables end users to put the power right were it is needed. The Sageon Power Module consists of a frame with the Sageon Controller, mechanical mounting for four Sageon rectifiers, AC input breakers and all inter-system cabling.
As with the other products in the Sageon power family, the Power Module

component and offers front accessibility to simplify maintenance. The
overall result is reduced start-up and operating costs.
* It's a complete system. These new power systems come standard with
internal battery string termination to enable build out of current systems

* Remote accessibility. Monitor and control complete Sageon power
systems from remote locations, via modem or Ethernet access, reducing site

* Automatic battery testing. The Sageon controller provides automatic
battery testing to reduce on-site maintenance requirements and increase

* High density. Compact design with rectifiers at 9 watts per cubic
inch minimizes floor space.
* Available in multiple widths (19" and 23"). The Sageon Power Module
gives you power where power is needed, even in the smallest spaces.
