Case History: No. I1576 Norske Skog

Tube erosion and cracking of inlet and outlet tube ends (reverse flow condenser). Depth of erosion extends to 150mm / 6". Cracking is evident just beyond 30mm tubesheet. Previous attempts to repair tubes by epoxy coating failed.
