The microprocessor controlled Induction Heater for bearings allows precise setting of time or temperature
Ludeca, Inc.croprocessor controlled Induction Heater for bearings allows precise setting of time or temperature to prevent premature bearing failures due to overheating. The temperature probe continuously measures and displays actual temperature. A stand-by feature permits holding the temperature at a pre-set level indefinitely. This system automatically demagnatizes bearings after heating, and a light and buzzer signal termination of the heating/demagnatizing cycle. Features include shrink-fitting bearings, sleeves, sprockets, couplings, impellers, crane wheels, and gears. There are three models available.
