Pure Water Treatment systems remove dissolved minerals from process water used in steam generation and other industrial applications
Pure Water Treatment systems remove dissolved minerals from process water used in steam generation and other industrial applications. One of the most common methods of demineralizing water is by Ion Exchange
Ion Exchange is also used to polish condensate which is commonly returned for reuse in steam processes. Aquatech was founded on their demineralization capability. We optimize the combination of ion exchange membrane systems to deliver customized systems to meet the needs of our clients.
- Split-flow Counter Current Regeneration

- Heavy Metals Removal
Aquatech has supplied over 150 conventional Ion Exchange systems, the largest being a 5100 gpm system. They have supplied over 28 UPCORE systems. Their largest UPCORE project is currently under construction and will be 5 x 1300 gpm, which will be the largest UPCORE system in the US. Aquatech ha s supplied over 56 condensate polishing units and the largest of that type of system is 5800 gpm.
