Air Pollution Control Device
The device is effective in the removal of oxides of nitrogen, oxides of silver, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, volatile organic compounds, toxic and hazardous material and particulate in various sizes.
The device can be installed on fixed sources such as boilers, chemical plant, etc., and, eventually, on mobile sources such as trucks or automobiles. Toxic substances are formed during industrial processes when molecules of various chemicals dissociate and recombine as new compounds. The Pioneer technology separates the molecules of the toxic emissions and reduces them to environmentally sound components. In the process, nitrogen and oxygen are liberated.
The device is applicable to almost any air stream cleanup activity, capable of removing oxides of sulfur, oxides of nitrogen and volatile organic compounds, which are the principal components of urban "smog". The device is also capable of particulate removal, removal of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and special applications such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, trichlorethylene, and other similar compounds.
The device can serve as either primary or secondary air stream treatment for gaseous effluent from boiler plants, internal combustion engines, refineries, manufacturing processes, incineration processes; in short, any activity resulting in the release of air pollutants, dust or hazardous compounds in the atmosphere.
