("Guizhou Tianrun"), has entered into a construction contract (the "Contract") with Weifang Branch of CSCEC Southwest Architecture & Design Institute (Shandong) Design Consulting Co., Ltd. for its Hebei Laiyuan 300 MW Centralized Photovoltaic Power Generation Project.
