We know it's not easy to plan for the system maintenance. Issues often go undetected and could result in downtime and cost more than just a loss of valuable data. The time and cost to expedite repairs often outweighs the severity of the repair needed.

We are proud to offer our customers our Remote Diagnostic Support Package for utilization with their current Thermo Scientific CEMS or AQMS as well as for numerous additional Thermo Scientific instruments and custom systems. Remote Diagnostic Support enables our Technical Engineers to obtain real-time performance data, check system diagnostics, monitor alarms, change parameters as needed, and perform manual and automatic calibrations, all remotely, from anywhere in the world. Our technicians can recognize changes in the system and proactively respond minimizing the chance of system shut down.

Each time a remote session occurs the Technician will automatically provide the following support:

  • A documented summary report that lists all actions performed and contains any important data support files include screen shots of the instrument settings, if applicable.
  • A summary of recommended maintenance activities that may be required based upon information gained at the time of login.
  • A one-minute average data file will be sent via email that is easily imported in a standard PC spreadsheet program.
  • If any problems are detected with the instrumentation, our Technical Engineer will immediately contact your representative and will follow-up with the appropriate steps to assist in resolving the situation.

Additionally, if requested, our Technical Engineer will make a telephone call to your representative to discuss the overall performance of the system after each login.
