DZ Atlantic staff utilizes a prequalification program that was developed to assure our customers that the personnel assigned to their projects are highly competent and qualified to meet all job requirements. This program has been audited and approved by many of our customers, including Arizona Public Service Company, Exelon Generation Company, Dominion Resources and Constellation.
Our customers pay a fixed hourly billing rate for all hours worked. All employees remain DZ Atlantic employees throughout the assignment. We handle all statutory taxes, insurance and benefits. At the end of our client's work requirement, workers are reassigned to other DZ Atlantic customers or released, thereby relieving the client of the need to prepare and administer termination paperwork.
