Infilco Degremont's Climber Screen Mechanical Bar Screen has been the leader in its class for more than 20 years. The Climber Screen unit is ruggedly constructed and designed for severe duty and long life. It excels even in high-demand applications like stormwater treatment. The Climber Screen doesn't rely on chains, sprockets, or cables, but instead utilizes a heavy-duty pin rack. Its precision-machined gear and roller pin rack eliminates vibration and metal-to-metal friction for smooth, quiet operation.

• All moving parts operate above the water level to minimize maintenance and repair.
• Automatic controls reduce the need for operator attention.
• A positive screenings discharge eliminates the possibility of screenings carryover.
• The unit is shipped assembled or, for larger sizes, in as few pieces as possible, making installation fast and easy.

The Climber Screen's flexible design means it can often be retrofitted with no channel modification. Special designs are available for deep water and/or low headroom installations. Units are available with bar spacings as small as 1/4" for finer screening of wastewater.
