The marcus evans 13th Annual Outage Management for Power Plants Conference will expand on many of the same trends and topics that are familiar to outage managers year after year, including planning and scheduling tools and strategies, contractor and resource management, work scope and scope creep, and safety. In addition to topics covered at last year’s very successful installment, delegates will discuss using an outage readiness index, building relationships with internal stakeholders, utilizing cost control and real-time budget tracking, developing contingency plans for outages, and more! With its plant level-focus, the meeting will bring together power generation professionals with responsibilities in Outage Management, Planning and Maintenance from leading fossil, nuclear and hydro plants. Attendees will be able to take away knowledge learned from this meeting and utilize it when entering the fall outage season. A staple in the marcus evans Power Generation Series, the 13th Annual Outage Management for Power Plants Conference will be co-located with the 6th Annual Chem/Petrochem and Refinery Shutdowns and Turnarounds Conference. Seating for both conferences is limited to maintain an intimate, educational environment that will cultivate the knowledge and experience of all participants.
