Reliable 24/7 performance air blowers for wastewater treatment plants

Atlas Copco integrally geared centrifugal air blowers offer the performance, reliability and low maintenance you need to help manage costs in today's demanding wastewater treatment environment. They operate in a flow range from 5,000 to 120,000 SCFM and at pressures from 8 to 12 psi. And optional inlet guide vanes enable you to precisely adjust flow to manage your demand cycles and manage your costs.

Maintenance of Atlas Copco blowers is simplified by the horizontally split gearbox and horizontally split bearings and seals. Inspections can be done in half the time required for conventional blowers. Installation costs are dramatically reduced since there is no requirement for special pads or grouting.

Stainless steel impellers easily handle the corrosive atmosphere of the treatment plant, so there's no need to inventory spare impellers. Operating controls are programmed to your specific application by Atlas Copco engineers experienced in wastewater treatment operations. Sequencing and links to DCS systems can be easily accommodated. Allen Bradley-based control systems are standard but other brands can be used to match existing systems.

Atlas Copco single-stage integrally geared air blowers for wastewater treatment applications are standardized packages. All components are individually tested and the entire unit is factory tested to performance specifications before shipment.

If you want reliable, cost-effective 24/7 blower operation for your plant, call on the global experience of Atlas Copco design and application engineering teams and specify reliable, application-proven Atlas Copco centrifugal blowers.
