Predict/DLIasic diagnostic capability, the ST-101 vibration screening tool is designed for plant mechanics and machinery operators. The system can extend the capability of operations and maintenance departments by providing clear, on-the-spot insight of the machine's condition, and identifies the source of potential machine problems. Green, yellow and red bar graph segments show acceptable/unacceptable representations of machine vibration. The bar graph displays indicate vibration levels based on acceleration, velocity and displacement measurements, and a numerical display allows the user to log the readings for the purpose of historical data and machine condition trending.
