REDUCED STAFFING LEVELS
With fewer people in the workforce, the Stock-AideTM system will reduce the burden placed on the remaining stockroom personnel by having employees self-dispense routine items.
CONTROLLED ACCESS
Everyone is accountable for all items dispensed from the Stock-AideTM system by using a card with the employees's ID number encoded.
ELIMINATES QUEUING
When several Stock-Aide's are placed near busy work areas, long lines at store rooms can be reduced or eliminated. Cost savings are realized on time per minute based on an hourly compensation package, employee grade, number of employees and time waiting in line.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Keep a record of safety equipment issued to an employee. If an injury claim should arise this record could be of use in determining whether the injured employee had safety equipment available for use.
