Brooks UPG Offering VT Pack™ Through Alliance With Two Sockets-Two Meters

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., U.S.A. — Brooks Utility Products Group and Two Sockets-Two Meters have entered into a commercial alliance that enables Brooks Meter Devices to offer the Two Sockets – Two Meter VT Pack™ and wiring harness for trans-socket and various other applications.

Rather than using three separate transformers for applications requiring voltage transformers, the VT Pack does the same work. The VT Pack conserves space in transformer cabinets, reduces inventory and installation costs, and provides safer voltage and equipment protection.

"The VT Pack allows Brooks UPG to better serve utilities and OEMs with another answer for their electric metering requirements," said Jeff Hanft, vice president of Brooks UPG. The VT Pack can be mounted in a pad mount transformer, transformer cabinet or other convenient location. The VT Pack harness can be custom made to any length or color code to conform to company's requirements. The wiring harness, along with connector, reduces the needed connections and likelihood of wiring errors. The keyhole slot on the VT Pack makes mounting on any mounting screw or shoulder rivet quick and easy.
