These sample coolers are available with a choice of heat transfer area, materials of construction, and shell design. Each model is designed with cooling water flow countercurrent to the sample or process flow. Internal cooling water baffling helps maximize the cooling water turbulence, making them efficient heat exchangers. Features include:
•Heat exchangers for cooling high temperature, high pressure liquid or gas samples
•316 SS coil is standard with rating to 1000°F at 5000 psig (540°C at 345 barg)
•Materials such as inconel, titanium and Hastelloy used on the tube side and Monel, cupronickel and SS used on the shell side
•Most models have a removable shell for maintenance
•Many models are available with ASME section VIII code stamp, CE or CRN Registrations
