Evoqua's IX service programs are backed by our extensive field and operational experience and are designed to help customers meet changing requirements, save direct manpower usage and ensure that the ion exchange system continues to operate at peak performance and for the long-term.

Our ion exchange resin services are offered either on an as-needed basis or as part of a comprehensive, preventative maintenance or service contract. All of our services are performed by trained Evoqua employees who use company-owned transportation and specialty vehicles to perform the services. Our field service personnel have experience in maintaining and operating our own systems as well as equipment provided by other companies. Our technicians provide prompt, courteous service from +90 branch locations in North America for minimum downtime and maximum use of direct labor and operating budgets.
