Protective Materials For FGD Infrastructure By Sauereisen, Inc.
Flue gas desulfurization (FGD) is the technology used for removing sulfur dioxide (SO2) from the exhaust flue gases in power plants and has a long tradition with more than 50 years of traceable references. Power plants that utilize FGD usually burn coal and/or oil to generate steam used for the steam turbines that drive electricity generators.
The conductivity measuring cell CLS 12 is designed for industrial and power plant applications (e.g. condensate measurement) where low conductivities must be measured under high pressures and temperatures.
The Aquatech Enhanced Membrane Bioreactor (Aqua-EMBR) system consists of an activated sludge extended aeration biological treatment process and an ultrafiltration (UF) membrane system for the separation of activated sludge from treated effluent.
