Although new to the radiological services arena, DZ Atlantic has more than 35 years of experience providing temporary personnel and currently staffs over 6,000 maintenance- related outage positions every spring and fall. DZ Atlantic routinely has over 2,000 contracted individuals employed on a year-round basis.

It is precisely this depth of resources that provides the Radiological Services Division with a unique opportunity to increase the efficiency of our maintenance and radiation protection efforts and to explore the possibility of developing a more valuable workforce. We believe this can be accomplished in a variety of ways, the most significant of which is to cross-train and qualify technicians in both the AOV and MOV valve service arenas.
