The speed of installation and removal of the bolts ensures maximum effectiveness and reliability of Outage Planning and the elimination of re- machining and hole rectification common with seized bolts. Concentricity is quickly established as the bolts are re-installed and the interference fit of the bolts maintains coupling concentricity even under extreme turbine operating conditions. When rotors are replaced, the bolts need only replacement sleeves to suit the new hole sizes.
