Unifin's pre-engineered line of standard coils (size range: 17 in. x 25 in. to 52 in. x 163 in.) have applications in pulp & paper, power generation and other general process industries, for use in:
  • pulp dryers
  • lumberkilns
  • pocket ventilation systems
  • makeup air units
  • power house and control room cooling
  • dehumidifying/air cooling

Unifin International designs and builds custom versions of standard units to meet particularly demanding applications with features such as:

  • severe duty extruded films
  • broadest range of available liner tube alloys
  • widths up to 8 ft. and lengths up to 17 ft.
  • unparalleled quality and dependability

Type S
Simplest of the line: a straight tube design with opposite end connections.
Uniflex
This product design incorporates unique tube geometry to absorb internal differential thermal expansion.

Type H
The simplicity of a single tube design with the convenience of same end connections. "Integral U-Tube" construction provides either a two-row/two-pass or four-row/two-pass configuration.

PFR
A unique development PFRs units are designed to heat very low temperature air dependably and reliably. A purged first row of finned tube avoids the freezing associated with the binding of non condensable gases at very low temperatures.

DT
Tube-within-a-tube design allows steam to be distributed evenly to the outer condensing tube. The exiting condensate is more effectively heated by the entering steam.

Type MR
Designed for the efficient heating or cooling of air (or gas) using water or a water/glycol solution as the heat transfer medium.

Type GH
Similar in basic configuration to the Type H steam coil, this unit was designed to offer a wide range of economical and cost-effective coil options for makeup air heating in the pulp and paper industry.
