Our Plate line includes Gasketed designs in six series of plate corrugations in stainless steel, titanium, SMO 254, Incoloy 825, nickel, Hastelloy, and others. Gaskets are typically nitrile, EPDM, or Viton® . Flowrate capacities range from a couple GPM up to 1,000 GPM. We also offer Brazed units featuring pattern embossed stainless steel plates that are copper or nickel brazed together to form a durable, highly efficient unit and fully Welded units featuring all 316 stainless steel construction. These units are completely gasket-free allowing operating temperatures up to 750 deg F and as low as -320 deg F, with operating pressures as high as 360 PSI.
