The FlamemastEER low NOx burner is designed for long service life and low maintenance. Air flow and air swirl are independently controlled to produce a stable flame that can be tailored to meet furnace geometry. Air flow is controlled with separate sliding sleeves. The fixed vane air swirlers slide axially in a conical annulus. Maximum swirl is generated by sliding the swirler forward and forcing the air through the vane. Retracting the swirler increases the axial flow as the air flows over the top of the vane.
