Laboratory Separator

The Raymond Laboratory Separator is a small capacity air classifier, used for the extracting of a fine fraction of solid, dry material. It is a self-contained unit utilizing constant air circulation for a virtually dustless operation and resulting in a uniform classification. The product is supplied with two different fan wheels and four classifying "whizzers" which can be mixed and matched to meet the particle size requirements of the application.

The product is shipped completely assembled to a metal base together with its 1/2 HP drive motor. Corner sockets and pipe legs are provided to support the unit at the desired height above the floor. It can be used for classification of materials at the 200 mesh and 325 mesh particle size ranges.
