CSR Pipeline Systemsalaminar Heat Cure is designed to repair damaged existing pipelines without extensive excavation. The system reduces infiltration of ground water, soil, and bedding material, and helps to create a smooth surface in the existing pipeline.
The key elements of the system are a proprietary heating method and an aerospace composite repair material filled with a thermal-initiated resin system. The chemistry has been designed to extend shelf life when kept cool, and to increase in viscosity once it has been applied to the composite repair material.
