The small PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) fuel cell power plant expands lifestyle choices for homes and operating capability for light commercial applications.
This fuel cell technology allows:

  • Reduced production of global warming gases
  • Elimination of air polluting emissions
  • Minimal noise from operation
  • Reduced need for new transmission and distribution lines

Residential version is compact enough to fit in the yard, basement or attic of a home for an on-site source of electrical power to supplement the utility network or power where it is unavailable.

The fuel cell remains unaffected during interruptions caused by brownouts, ice storms, hurricanes, tornadoes or lightning. The independent generator continues to provide electricity either independently or in parallel with the utility grid. Product heat from the fuel cell is suitable for domestic hot water, space heating or swimming pool heating.

Light Commercial fuel cell(Less than 10 kW)operates in conjunction with the electrical grid to provide an assured power source, while multiple fuel cells could provide only source of electrical power in remote areas.

The device serves as a protection from power interruptions while computer equipment, communication systems, electronics and medical devices continue to function.
